We have obtained a broad knowledge throughout the last 16 years in construction, working for big household names aswell as the little guy, undertaking cost reviews of contracts, to full project management, aswell as working on guaranteed maximum price design and build contracts, plus the usual JCT and NEC3 types.
This has enabled us to assist you, whether it is day to day running, cost base reduction either by company or by project, day to day quantity surveying and commercial management, project management & dispute resolution including adjudication referrals.
